Suprema (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") complies to the Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (Security Requirements for Relevant Connectable Products) Regulations.


The products featured on the webpage (https://www.supremainc.com/fr/hardware/security-products-lineup.asp)adhere to the prescribed security requirements.


Users can report vulnerabilities to us via our support portal at https://support.supremainc.comUpon receipt of a vulnerability report, users will receive acknowledgement of its receipt, and we’ll also aim to keep users informed of our progress.


Security updates will be provided throughout the support period, which will end upon the product being listed on the Discontinued Products page(https://www.supremainc.com/fr/hardware/product_discontinued.asp).


For certain models, we may extend support for security updates depending on the situation. If a very serious security vulnerability is discovered, we may still be able to provide you with the necessary security fixes, even if your device has reached the end of its security life.


The Manufacturer’s authorized representative in the UK is Suprema Systems UK Ltd.


Please note that this statement of compliance, including the support period stated herein, is only applicable to products sold in the UK.
